    Ingredients

    • 2 Tablespoons- Olive Oil
    • 1 large chopped- Onion
    • 2 cloves chopped- Garlic
    • 3- 28 ounce cans with juice- Crushed Tomatoes
    • 1 teaspoon- Ground Cumin
    • 2 tablespoons- Ground Oregano
    • 3 15 ounce cans in total- can mix- Beans (garbanzo, kidney, black)
    • 1 15 ounce can- Canned Corn
    • 2 jalapeno/green, and/or 2 four once cans of green chili. – Optional- peppers (chili, jalapeno,bell)
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons- Optional- Chili Powder
    • as needed- Optional- salt
