    Delicious bread based pie with spicy vegetable filling.

    Ingredients

    • 175 ml lukewarm water
    • ½ teaspoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon instant yeast or 7 g fresh yeast (at 5ºC)
    • 250 g all-purpose (plain) or bread flour (You can substitute a little bit of plain flour with whole wheat)
    • 1 tablespoon zaragallada’s oil or olive oil (oil from the pan where you have cooked the filling)
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 4 Potato ( Boiled and cooked )
    • 1 Carrot (chopped finely)
    • 1/2 of Onion (chopped finely)
    • 1/2 green bell pepper (chopped finely)
    • 5 green onions ( chopped finely, both white and green parts)
    • 1/2 of red bell pepper(chopped finely)
    • 1 tablespoon Ginger- garlic paste
    • 1/2 teaspoonGram masala
    • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
    • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
    • 1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds
    • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon or to taste Salt
    • Half of one lemon for juice
    • 2 tablespoon of coriander leaves
    • Egg: 1 no
    • Water: 2 tablespoon
