    • 2 tablespoons minced green onions (green tops only), plus more for garnish
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
    • 1/2 cup cubed mixed cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, Monterey jack, Munster)
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
