This is another inventive way to include chia seeds in your diet daily. A study in type 2 diabetics showed that chia seeds can significantly lower blood pressure and a marker for inflammation.     Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp coconut flour
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • nonstick cooking spray
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • white pepper to taste
    • 3 eggs (2 eggs for meal, reserve 1 egg, yolk only for sauce)
    • 2 slices Canadian bacon
