Egg and Cheese Omelette

  • Ingredients

    • 6 Eggs scrambled
    • 2 T. chopped Onion - I usually use yellow onions, but any onion will do. Today I only had Red Onions, so that is what we used.
    • Chives or Green Onions - We used Garlic Chives from the garden.
    • 1 T. Parsley, chopped
    • 1 T. Cilantro, chopped
    • 1 large clove Garlic, chopped
    • 2 T. Olive Oil
    • 1 T. Butter
    • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese or whatever cheese you have on hand.
    • Salt and Pepper
    • Garlic and Parsley Salt
    • Season-All
    • Red Robin Seasoning ( I LOVE this stuff, but it is optional. Use spices you like.)
