    Caution: These are something that should only be made once a year... preferably at Christmas Brunch like I do... These are HARDLY for the dieter. BUT they are simply amazing.... This is my own personal recipe- I hope you enjoy these as much as I do... they are D E L I S H!!!! Can be done in a bread machine, but I like doing them by hand, I have better luck with them that way

    Ingredients

    • 1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
    • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
    • 3/4 cup bakers sugar
    • 0.5 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
    • 2 eggs (room temp)
    • 1/3 cup butter (melted)
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 4 1/2 cups bread flour (may need to increase a bit)
    • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
    • 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
    • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
    • 3 -4 tablespoons cinnamon
    • 3 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temp)
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick- softened)
