    Ingredients

    • 1 tablespoon chili powder
    • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ¼ teaspoon onion powder (optional, stay tuned I'll tell you why)
    • ¼ teaspoon oregano (Mexican oregano if you can find it)
    • ½ teaspoon paprika
    • ½ teaspoon turmeric (optional if you have it, if not skip it)
    • 1½ teaspoons ground cumin
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon salt
