    This ain't no canned enchie sauce. Its BOLD, with very little oil, and uses mostly pantry ingredients. Also sugar-free, low-sodium, MSG-free, GF, and vegan.

    Ingredients

    • 3 Tbsp (heaping) Chili Powder
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp Oregano
    • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
    • 1 tsp Onion Powder
    • 1 tsp Cumin
    • 3 Tbsp Arrowroot (or Cornstarch)
    • 3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
    • 3 cups Reduced Sodium Vegetable Stock
    • 1/2 cup Tomato Paste (or 4 oz)
    • 3/4 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
