    Ingredients

    • 1 green pepper
    • 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes
    • 1 long English cucumber
    • 1/2 small red onion
    • 1/3 cup feta cheese (crumbled (I sometimes use reduced-fat feta, but the authentic sheep's feta is the best!))
    • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
    • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    • 2 tsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp dried basil
    • 1 tsp Greek oregano
