    • 1 tsp butter or coconut oil
    • seasoning of choice, I use salt, garlic powder, onion powder
    • Recipe Notes: To feed a family with this recipe simply make a packet with the ingredients above for each person. You can also add more flavor to your chicken by marinading it in a bit of lemon juice and dill, but that is optional.
