    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • Up to 1/2 cup mix-ins: chocolate chips, chopped chocolate, nuts, fresh or frozen fruit
