    Ingredients

    • 8 slices of wheat or white bread torn in to pieces
    • 1 C of milk
    • 5 garlic cloves
    • 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
    • 2 eggs
    • coarse salt and fresh pepper
    • 1/2 of the meat mixture
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    • 6 tablespoons of ketchup
    • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 1/2 pounds ground chuck
    • 2 1/2 pounds ground pork
