    • 1 teaspoon chocolate extract (vanilla extract works too)
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
    • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
