    • Small pinch red pepper flakes (to taste)
    • 1 clove garlic, sliced
    • 12 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
    • 1/2 ounce Parmesan shavings (carefully use a vegetable peeler)
