    • 1/2 cardamon
    • 1 tsp of liquid stevia
    • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 cup of the carrot juice
    • 1/3 cup chickpea flour
    • 1/3 + 3 tbsp cup brown rice flour
    • 3 chopped figs
    • 1 cup of sliced almonds
