    Ingredients

    • 4-5 large parsnips

    • 1 heaping teaspoon AIP curry powder
    • 1 cup coconut milk
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 Tbsp granulated garlic (I used garlic powder)
    • 1/2 Tbsp granulated onion (I used onion powder)
    • 1/2 Tbsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp dried cilantro (not the same as powdered coriander)
    • 1 tsp dried basil
    • 1 tsp dried dill weed
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
    • 1/4 tsp ground clove
