    Ingredients

    • 4 cups of water
    • 1 medium onion – diced
    • 3 cloves of garlic – minced
    • 1 - 16 ounce can of coconut milk – light will reduce fat and calories, regular will make it creamier
    • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of ground curry
    • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of ground cumin
    • Juice of a small lime
    • Salt and pepper to taste
