    • 1/2 medium onion, diced
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil
    • 2 tbsp curry powder
    • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
    • 1/2 cup raisins (I used a mix of golden raisins and dark raisins)
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1 can garbanzo beans, or any bean of choice, drained and rinsed
    • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, if you like spicy)
