    • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
    • 1 1-inch piece of ginger, roughly chopped
    • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
