    • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
    • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
    • 1 ½ tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp chipotle pepper flakes
    • ½ tsp season all salt
    • ½ tsp ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1 tsp thyme
    • ½ Cup heavy cream
    • 1 Cup whole milk
    • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
    • Garnish: green onion, bacon bits or shredded cheddar (or all!)
