    Fall apart tender pot roast, this is one of the best pot roasts you will ever eat, and it is so easy. Just stick everything in the slow cooker and let it do it's work!

    Ingredients

    • 2-3 lb Chuck Roast, or Beef Roast of Choice
    • 2 Tbs olive oil
    • 1 onion, sliced thin
    • 1 Tbs minced garlic
    • 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
    • 1 Tbs brown sugar
    • 2 Tbs mined dry onions
    • 1 Tbs dried parsley
    • 1 Tbs dried oregano
    • 1 Tbs beef builiion (the paste kind, or cubes)
    • 3 cups beef broth
    • 2 lbs potatoes, cubed
    • 1 lb baby carrots
