    • 1/2 teaspoon granulated onion or onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 30 white corn tortillas
    • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend, pepper jack or monterey jack cheese
    • Optional: sour cream, guacamole, salsa for dipping
