    • 2 cups cream whole/whipping ((500 grams))
    • 6 tablespoons granulated sugar ((80 grams))
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 1 cup assorted frozen berries of choice (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries etc)
    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 tablespoon corn starch
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
