    These Creamy Seafood Nachos are my new favorite appetizer! They are loaded with flavor and nearly impossible to stop eating.

    Ingredients

    • 9 Ounces tortilla chips (choose a sturdy chip)
    • 2 1/2 Cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese (divided)
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
    • 1 Large clove garlic (minced)
    • 1 Pound medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
    • 2 Six-ounce cans lump crab meat (drained)
    • 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
