    a super-moist bread with plenty of sweet and tangy flavors that's perfect to toast for breakfast

    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds (or use regular eggs)
    • 5 Tbs warm water
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • ½ cup whole wheat flour
    • 1½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon baking soda
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ? cup granulated sugar
    • ? cup coconut milk
    • ? cup unsweetened apple sauce (option to use coconut oil here)
    • ½ tsp Fiori di Sicilia (my secret ingredient available here) or 1 tsp vanilla + 1 tsp orange zest
    • 1 cup pomegranate cranberry sauce (recipe above or use your own)
