    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 2 tbsp chia seed
    • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (depends on how sweet you want it)
    • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
    • dash of pumpkin spice
    • 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked 2 hrs to 24 hrs)
    • 1/4 cup coconut cream
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
    • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
    • dried or fresh cranberries (few tbsp's)
    • banana slices
    • toasted or crushed pecans or walnuts (1 -2 tbsp)
