- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 2 packages (15 ounces each) refrigerated pie crust
- GLAZE:
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
