    Ingredients

    • 8 oz sourdough bread
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
    • 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
    • 1 tsp minced chives
    • 2 tsp minced fresh dill
    • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp fresh orange juice
    • 1/2 tsp orange zest
    • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
    • 16 oz crab meat (lump or other pieces work fine)
    • 3 Roma tomatoes (sliced)
    • 6 oz Gruyere cheese (shredded)
