    • Lime Honey Vinaigrette
    • 3/4 cup light olive oil
    • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    • 1 lime zested and juiced
    • 2 tablespoons minced shallots . can sub red onion for shallot
    • 3 tablespoons honey
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
