    • 1¼ cups mayonnaise
    • ½ cup chopped cornichons (or pickled okra)

    • 1 tablespoon horseradish
    • 2 teaspoons grainy mustard
    • 1 teaspoon ketchup

    • 2 cloves garlic, grated on a microplane or finely minced
