- 4 sundried tomatoes pack in oil (cut into ¼ wide strips)
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped basil
- 3 tablespoons Carrabba’s Grill Baste (recipe below)

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup yellow onion (finely chopped)
- 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh italian flat-leaf parsley
