    This is one of my favorite dishes to bring to a cookout. It's one of those "What is that?" kind of dishes that everyone ends up loving. Bring it to a party and you'll leave with requests for the recipe. Every. Single. Time.

    Ingredients

    • 2 - 2 1/2 lbs. red grapes, washed and dried off a bit
    • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
