    • 2 medium garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
    • One 1 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger
    • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded
    • 4 medium radishes, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
    • 4 medium scallions, thinly sliced
