    • 2 scallions, chopped roughly
    • 4 chives, finely chopped
    • 1 sprig fresh flat parsley, finely chopped
    • 1 sprig fresh thyme
    • 2 hot peppers, Scotch Bonnet or Habanero
    • Juice of 2 limes
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 medium onion, julienned
    • Salt and pepper to taste
