    • ½ head of cabbage (red or white), shredded
    • 3 or 4 carrots, shredded
    • ¼ cup onion, chopped
    • 3 stalks celery, chopped or shredded
    • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
    • 1 Tablespoon sugar
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
    • 1 cup light mayonnaise
    • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
    • ½ teaspoon smoky Cajun seasoning (optional)
