Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 medium white onion, diced
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 ( 28 oz) can of diced tomatoes
- 1 ( 10.75 oz) can of condensed tomato soup
- 4 cups strong beef broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
- white sugar ( if you find your tomatoes are too acidic, the sugar will cut it.)
- black pepper to taste
