- 1 Tablespoon/15ml apple cider vinegar
- ½ Tablespoon/7ml maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons/30ml extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
