    • ¼ tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1 Tbs vanilla
    • ½ cup canned coconut cream , without preservatives (Savoy is great)
    • 1 mashed banana , small
