    • 1 cup (144g) light brown sugar
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup apple sauce
    • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
    • 5 tbsp (36g) powdered sugar, sifted
    • 1 1/4 cup (280g) salted Challenge Butter, room temperature
    • 1 1/4 cups (237g) shortening
    • 9-10 cups (1035g-1150g) powdered sugar
    • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 3-4 tbsp (45ml-60ml) water or milk
    • 1/2 cup crushed cinnamon apple chips
