    • 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
    • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tsp rice vinegar
    • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp corn starch
    • 1 cup freshly chopped cilantro
    • Serve over hot cooked rice and lime wedges on the side
