    Ingredients

    • 1 1/3 cups (135g) quick-cooking oats (or porridge oats)
    • 3/4 cup (70g) unsweetened shredded coconut
    • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
    • 3 tablespoons good quality honey
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    • zest from 1 large orange (about 1 tablespoon)
    • 3.5 ounces (100g) 60 to 70% chocolate, chopped into large chunks
    • 1/3 cup (30g) flaked or shredded coconut for topping (optional)
