    A crunchy, healthy, vegan, chocolate flavored granola made with gluten free oats, almonds, dried cherries and coconut.

    Ingredients

    • 4 Cups rolled oats (I used Trader Joe's Gluten Free)
    • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
    • 1 cup slivered almonds
    • ½ cup, unsweetened cocoa powder
    • ¼ cup coconut oil
    • ¼ cup coconut sugar
    • ¼ cup maple syrup
    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1 cup dried cherries (I used a cherry blend mix)
