    • 3 ounces chopped dark chocolate (1/2 cup), melted and cooled slightly
    • 1 1/2 cups cake flour (not self-rising), sifted
    • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
    • 3 large eggs
    • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
    • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
