    This Chocolate Baklava is one of my favorite desserts. Sweet, crisp and buttery layers of phyllo filled with pistachios, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts and Nutella, baked to perfection then drizzled with a sweet honey syrup.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup water
    • 3/4 cup honey
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 1/2 cup hazelnuts toasted
    • 1/2 cup pistachios toasted
    • 1/2 cup almonds toasted
    • 1/2 cup walnuts toasted
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 cup Nutella
    • 1/2 cup butter unsalted, melted
    • 24 sheets Phyllo pastry (14x9-inch), thawed according to package instructions
