  • Ingredients

    • 4 pieces chicken (I used four chicken breasts, but I'd like to try it with drumsticks)
    • 1 can of white beans, drained
    • 1 lemon, sliced
    • ? cup black olives
    • 2 chorizo sausages, sliced (I used ground chorizo, sliced it as best I could, and scattered it around the casserole dish)
    • 4 cloves garlic, bashed a bit but still in their skins
    • 1 cup chicken stock
    • A little less then ½ teaspoon pimentón de la vera (optional; I haven't used it)
    • Olive oil
    • Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper (regular salt and pepper are fine for this)
