    • 1 cup frozen vegetables (I usually just do peas and carrots but corn and celery work well too!)
    • 1 medium sized Russet potato (washed, peeled & diced)
    • 2 Tbsp butter
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp pepper
    • 1 1/3 cups chicken broth
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • 1 1/2 cups chicken or turkey (cooked and shredded)
    • 1 refrigerated pie crust
