    Ingredients

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 tbsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
    • 3/4 – 1 cup milk
    • 3 chicken breasts, sliced lengthwise and across (so you have a small, thin piece of chicken – I cut each breast into 4 pieces)
    • 4-5 tbsp butter
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp seasoning salt (I use Lawry's)
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    • 2 tsp paprika
    • 12 slices pepperoni
    • 2 cup pizza sauce
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish if desired
