    This recipe is one of our favourites. I have two signature kebab recipes I make when family and friends visit. This is one of them.

    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes of equal size
    • 1 Mango, peeled and cut into cubes of equal size
    • 1 Papaya, peeled and cut into cubes of equal size
    • ½ cup Tamari sauce, divided
    • Salt and White Pepper to taste
