    A great salad made with most things already on hand in the kitchen and pantry, this Chicken Curry Salad is a blend of freshness and flavorful bites made up of cubed rotisserie chicken, fruit, vegetables and nuts.

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups cooked chicken , cubed (See Note 1)
    • 2 cups seedless red grapes , halved
    • 2 cups celery , chopped
    • 1 Granny Smith apple , cored and chopped
    • 1/4 cup red onion , diced
    • 1/4 cup raisins
    • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
    • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup Major Grey Chutney
    • 1 tbsp curry powder
    • 3 tbsp lime juice (See Note 2)
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • Zest from 1 lime
    • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
