    • 1/2 cup of raisins
    • 3/4 cup raw almonds, chopped
    • 1/4 cup dried strawberries
    • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
    • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
    • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
    • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup coconut nectar (substitute with brown rice syrup or maple syrup)
    • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
    • 2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter (substitute with almond or peanut butter)
